Returns & Refunds Policy

At Skinciety, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at kenie@skinciety.com with the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping charge may be deducted from your refund


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Opened or used products


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
